I don't really remember what exactly I ate for the last day of my diet. Just as I quite forgot to blog about it...It has been exactly a month after that! haha
But I do remember losing 2 kgs after that GM thingie...not bad, although I know, 2 kgs. can easily be regained, it's just a matter of a few tall dark hot mocha or frap and the yummy macadamia cookies and the cashew bar at the caf...RrRrrr
Anyway, to evaluate the whole process (char)
- At least I tried and was really able to finish it, minus the cheat on the 6th day (which was just a bite of the moon cake)
- It was not exactly hard to fight hunger because you just had to find a way to fill yourself with the assigned food, it was the craving that I was battling
- I think I can manage to do it again BUT, I'd like to replace the beef part (not that I don't like to eat beef like my friend Emwing...but I just can't manage to eat beef for 3 straight days, I'm beginning to mOoOoOo) hehe I think I prefer fish
- I think, it will be more effective with exercise, I mean one will surely lose a lot of weight with GM + exercise
- I may have cut costs for food during that time (haha, this is some good consideration for budgeting)
So, I am blogging again not because I was considering my budgetary responsibility but because, I am starting a new diet. This time, it's not the GM, but a more familiar one. Something I did way back.
Oatmeal diet =)
